Brent Forever Tour

Description:
Two of my favorite music artists, Jeremy Zucker and Chelsea Cutler, came out with a joint album, and they held a poster contest for their tour. They provided pictures to use, as well as general guidelines about what to include.

Process:
I found that the hardest part of this project was matching typefaces to the tone of their album. What really helped me in this process was opting to use different type weights instead of overloading the poster with several typefaces.

Outcome:
In the end, I actually missed the deadline for the contest. But I still think this project was valuable, because it had me think about what people would want to buy or what they would expect to see from these music artists. Designing something that I would want to buy at a show made it even more enjoyable and challenging to tackle.
